McKernan is a popular neighborhood for students, professors and doctors as it is located very close to the University of Alberta, The Stollery, The U of A Hospital, The Cross Cancer Institute and The Edmonton Clinic. There are beautiful elm tree lined streets with a mix of older bungalows on large lots and newer, larger detached homes and duplexes that have replaced the older homes.

This was another infill project, and special consideration was given to the size of the house and architectural features.

With 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, large windows, granite counter-tops and beautiful floors, this was built with functionality in mind.

Basement was fully finished, with a gym room , open bar, and a wine cellar.
