Our first Infill project in Edmonton. Nested between Scona Road, River Valley and McDonald Bridge, in Stratchona neighborhood with beautiful views of the city and the River Valley this was a real challenging project. The small size lot with a narrow building pocket forced the development vertically. With 4 finished levels and an elevator to take you from the garage and basement level all they way up on the roof terrace, this house had all the top finishing and a unique design. 

A unique floor plan, with the main living area at the second floor, large windows and roof terrace to allow the owner take full advantage beautiful views. Custom home theater with top of the line sound and image equipment, a spectacular wine room completed the basement. 

Hot water heating for owner comfort, with two control zones and driveway snow-melt were just a few of the mechanical features of this house.
