The Garage suite was added to the Custom Home built in 2018 and offers the owners the extra income to help with municipal taxes and utilities. This Garden Suite was built over a three car garage, and one of the bays was offered to the tenant. Electrical power metering was separate, and there are no windows facing the main backyard, offering privacy to both the landlord living in the main residence, and the tenants.
